At Atlas Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl or equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and state the reason.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original mailers, ensuring that vinyl records are properly padded to prevent corner dings or warping during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned media for quality, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
