How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl records. Each shipment includes extra stiffeners and bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and warping during transit.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For opened items, we only accept returns if there is a verified manufacturing defect or playback issue. Original packaging and receipt must be included.
How do you grade the condition of your used records?
We follow the Goldmine Standard for all pre-owned media. Each record is visually inspected and play-tested to ensure accurate grading from 'Good' to 'Near Mint'.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Atlas Records ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before the official release date. Once the item has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be modified.
